CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

Payment Methods o Check payable after sale of consigned item § Surf Country will take 20% off sticker price of $100.00 or more. Surf Country will pay consignor 80% of the price your items sells for. § Surf Country will take 25% off sticker price of $99.99 or less. Surf Country will pay consignor 75% of the price your items sells for. o Store Credit issued after sale of consigned item § Consignor may choose to receive store credit for the full amount of sale. §Consignor will have one year to use the store credit Consignment Details o All items must be consigned for a minimum of two months. o Surf Country will charge the consignor the appropriate percentage if the item is removed before two months o Surf Country reserves the right to request consignor remove their consigned items at any time
