Customers requesting a refund must present a copy of their original receipt in order to receive a credit. All other customers returning merchandise without a copy of their original receipt are only entitled to an exchange. Surf Country policy prohibits the return of "intimate apparel" which includes swimsuits, wetsuits and undergarments unless all tags and liners are still attached and the item has not been worn.
